Inspecting every square inch of every product that rolls of the production lines is a team of well trained quality control personnel. As the quality of the projects we make directly affects the revenues and reputation of your business, 3CEMS takes a no-nonsense approach to quality control.

Strict processes are adhered to at every stage of the production process: purchasing, design, manufacturing through to delivery - everything is scrutinized and nothing is compromised.

Incoming Quality Control : At the forefront of the quality control process is the IQC - or Incoming Quality Control. Before raw materials are allowed into the factory for production ,they are subject to a sampling by our IQC team. The team inspects according to the ANSI/ ASQC standards.

SMT QC : The SMT QC team runs a dual function: to keep the SMT areas in running order and to perform sampling of products that come off the SMT lines.

DIP/ Sys QC : DIP / Sys QC work together with SMT QC to perform further sampling of finished products.

QE : The QE ensures that the factory meets client's expectations through constant communications and assurance programs. When a new project kick's off at the factory, QE is present to orchestrate discussions between the client and the factory. QE also has to monitor products after the manufacturing process. Reverse logistics, repair and warranty will be executed as and when required.
Another function of the QE is to perform tests, these include the vibrations test (for frequencies up to 100Hz) and thermal cycling tests (temperatures between 20 - 100 degrees)

Supplier Quality Control : Every new supplier contracted into our factories are put through a merit/demiert system to ensure quality and price competitiveness. This process ensures the quality and consistency of materials and services rendered.

RMA : From time to time when the inevitable defects do occur, our processes for reverse logistics and repair are in place to quickly turnaround these units back to the market.
