Danriver,Inc.And Mr. Fan Zhen Lian won the confirmation litigation against the Tai crystal(softview)

1. the Tai crystal(softview) international science and technology incorporated company on December 11,2006,

    in Hong Kong.,rose the indemnity  litigation against Danriver, Inc. and Mr. Fan Zhen Lian. It made our group

    and Mr. Fan's reputation were damaged.

2. First,our group won the lawsuit at the Hong Kong superior court verdict in March 7, 2008. the Tai crystal

   (softview) international science and technology incorporated company against plaintiff Danriver, Inc.

    and plaintiff, Fan Zhen Lian,'s indictment, have no reason and jurisdiction in Hong Kong.

3. Then, our group filed the lawsuit toward the district court of Taiwan Taoyuan on March 12, 2008, and got the

   victory on February 27, 2009.Proving the indictment of the Tai crystal(softview) international science and

    technology incorporated company in Hong Kong is fabricate and false.
