Our engineering-manufacturing facilities are organized into two business units; the bare PCB division and the PCB-Assembly (PCBA) division. The PCBA is dedicated to the production of Printed Circuit Boards from 2 layers to 18-layers including HDI. The PCB-A Unit engages in diverse PCB and seamless platform integration services and system assemblies. Each business unit runs a set of manufacturing plants as a separate P & L. Each plant has it’s own capabilities and advanced equipment required to meet these capabilities efficiently and effectively. This arrangement helps us to manage projects effectively, from concept to final product design, including procurement and an entire host of other turnkey operations.

| Established in December 1997, Broad produces rigid PCB, multi-layer PCB and polymer thick film processes. It operates a dust free environment using a Class-10000 Clean Room to ensure product quality. More than 60 Hitachi Drilling machines perform drilling with a high rate of accuracy and efficiency. In addition to the state-of -the-art quality testing equipment, a waste water treatment system has been well implemented for environmental protection. Entek finish is also used to produce environment-friendly PCBs. Established in May 1998, the PCB assembly facilities of Prime Technology includes auto-insertion, surface mounting and manual insertion. Through-hole components are horizontally or vertically inserted into the PCB using auto-insertion machines. Currently we have 16 SMT lines, 4 COF lines and 12 lines of M/I. SMT is the most crucial of manufacturing processes with clients making high capital investment. To make your investment worthwhile, we use Fuji and Mirae machines to pick and place on SMT components. Reflow soldering is treated to adhere the components to the PCB substrate proper mechanical and electrical bonding. Through-hole components that cannot be inserted automatically will be performed manually. All the manufacturing processes are designed to be modulated for maximum efficiency. Our platform integration solutions include completely packaged turnkey products targeted at either the distribution, OEM or “direct-to-retail” channel market segments. With over 18 flexible and adaptable seamless integration solution assembly lines available, our capabilities to provide complete solutions covers the spectrum of complete product assembly; from the handheld consumer electronic class of products, to complete stand-alone diagnostics systems utilized in medical, automotive and other entertainment segments.
