Since the day of returning to work on February 10th, under the strong support and guidance of local government organizations and departments at all levels, our company had focused on epidemic preventing, and manufacturing production control jobs. We have been effectively strengthening the prevention from controlling the epidemic and striving to promote the orderly resumption of production, which provides a strong assurance on highly efficiency of customers’ orders for shipment.
In order to carry out the epidemic prevention work of the new coronavirus; on February 3rd, our company urgently held a special meeting on epidemic prevention control and deployment of returning to work after the Chinese New Year, established an anti-epidemic prevention organization, an anti-epidemic prevention mechanism, and decided to adopt closed management for the whole company. It has carried out joint prevention and control with local government's leading organizations of epidemic prevention at all levels and community epidemic prevention organizations, made careful deployment before resumption of work and production in the shortest time, and completed the preparation work related to epidemic prevention facilities and materials, and passed the government's resumption of work and production audit on February 9th.
Since the resumption of work and production on February 10th, our company has been committed to strict prevention and control. In the residential area of employees, strict access management shall be implemented, including identity check, health tracking of employee ID scanning, temperature measurement during access, personal health survey, travel history investigation within the last 14 days, hand washing when entering, toilet disinfection, setting interval of dining space, forbidding non-residents to enter, forbidding those who do not meet the requirements of epidemic prevention to enter the residential area or live in and relevant control measures such as residence stay, regular disinfection of office area and dormitory room. In terms of plant area, our company has implemented strict prevention and control measures, comprehensively strengthened the management of working environment and sanitation, and carried out 2 times of comprehensive disinfection work for totally 4 hours in office area, meeting area, washroom, production area, doorway, canteen, stair, shoes changing area, mask discarding bucket, elevator space and other places every day. The dining area is set with meal space interval, wash hands when entering and temperature measured when entering and leaving the plant area, record and report the itinerary when going out on business trips, register and check the identity of visitors and investigate their travel history of the epidemic area, open windows and ventilate all working areas, wear masks while working, set up outdoor meeting areas and indoor UV disinfection meeting areas. In terms of personal protection, providing each employee with a disposable medical mask and other anti-epidemic articles is a must for every day, and take temperature test twice a day and irregular sampling test; and also, through the personal health management system developed by the company's system programming department to assess and track on the health status of each staff to ensure the safety of all employees.
Up to now, all production operations of our company have been resumed in an orderly and comprehensive way, and we have continued to focus on four aspects: human resource support, material supply, production recovery, and shipment support. At the same time, for the physical examination of new employees, inspection agencies with government qualifications are also designated to strictly implement.
