As we have known, the pandemic in China has been basically under control. All cases in Wuhan, where the outbreak occurred, have been cleared. The outbreak of Beijing in June has ended. There are no more new cases found for more than 10+ days. However, the international situation is not optimistic. Just on July 23, more than 15 million new coronavirus cases were confirmed worldwide, and the number of new confirmed cases in the United States, Brazil, India set a new record once again. Until now, this common fight of mankind is still on, and we are not supposed to stop fighting.
In the face of such a situation, 3CEMS Group would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the medical workers who are still fighting in the front line of anti-epidemic all over the world. It is because of your tireless fighting and selfless dedication that we can have firm confidence in overcoming this epidemic. Also, we sincerely sympathize with the patients who have been infected with the virus or hope that they can recover from the virus as soon as possible.
3CEMS Group, as a large EMS company, has been adhering to the strict implementation of the epidemic precaution and control measures under the guidance of the local government to cope with the continuous impact of the epidemic situation since our resumption of work in February. We also pay close attention to the changes of the epidemic situation and make adjustments timely in strategies.
Primarily and foremost, we attach great importance to the health of our employees, by providing a continuous safe work environment for them. From the early days to the present, our implementation of the precaution and control strategy, including the compulsory wearing of masks, daily temperature check, daily disinfection of office and production areas, setting meal space in dining areas and so on, are still strictly implemented.
The epidemic in China has been basically under control. If the customers from low-risk areas visit, we will remind them to take personal safety prevention and control measures and wear masks throughout the factory. If customers come from high-risk areas or foreign countries, we will ask the team to communicate online as soon as possible, such as e-mail, online conference and so on, to reduce the number of accidents such as on-site gathering activities. We hope to try our best to reduce the transmission route of the virus and curb the further spread of the virus while ensuring the safe production and normal business contact as far as possible.
Next month, in August, 3CEMS Group will participate in the first on-site exhibition since the outbreak: Shenzhen NEPCON Asia 2020. In current situation, it is a hard-earned opportunity for participating in large-scale on-site exhibition in China.
